Harsh Binani is an Indian entrepreneur and co-founder of Smartworks India's biggest managed space provider. Harsh Binani started out small but always believed in the possibility of achieving great things.

Harsh is an alumnus of Northwestern University -Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in the field of entrepreneurial studies. He's an Economics graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.


Healso holds an CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in investment management, risk management and retirement planning.


Harsh Binani began his career by taking advantage of opportunities he received to experience the world before he could pursue his bigger plans. With over 7 years ' working experience in both management and real estate consulting, Binani has been a part of "Mckinsey" the most prestigious consulting firm in the world in Chicago.


Through his five years at Mckinsey and Mckinsey, he was involved in strategies and operational issues in insurance, infrastructure, and healthcare.


He has also been a Chief of Staff at Medanta Medicity, spearheading key strategic initiatives for the CEO.


Harsh Binani was exposed top-of-the-line workspaces during his time overseas, which made it easy for him to decide on where he's going in his next career.


He made the decision to join Neetish Sarda, a man who was at the forefront of his latest venture at the time: Smartworks.


Harsh Binani joined Smartworks in 2017, bringing in more passion, ideas as well as an exceptional human skills to the table.


Following the merger of Harsh Binani along with Neetish Sarda, Smartworks increased exponentially which opened the way to the most innovative strategies to make the workplaces more enjoyable experience.


At first Smartworks was initially designed as a collaborative working space, but Harsh Binani and Neetish Sarda quickly realised it to be a highly crowded marketplace that had little to no innovation in terms of the offerings or technology or in terms of the target audience.


After narrowing it down to target market, the group that wanted provide services to Harsh Binani but decided to break into large corporations which was a task in itself.
